Vivaan Vasudeva

'Life is a canvas, and we are the artists' - this quote from my grandfather has guided me through my journey thus far. 

My name is Vivaan Vasudeva. As an avid footballer, I faced a personal challenge when the COVID-19 pandemic sidelined my football career. I gained 18 kg and lost my edge in the sport I loved.

Determined to change my current situation, I enrolled in a course on sports nutrition from National Academy of Sports Medicine, lost the 18 kg and reclaimed my position in Delhi State Football. 

This journey showed me the broader need for proper nutrition in sports. Through my interactions with para-athletes at my training facility, I realized their potential was hindered by inadequate nutritional support. I founded a program called 'NutriAssist' to create tailored meal plans for these athletes, taking their dietary needs and financial constraints into consideration. After 13 months of working with them, three athletes went on to represent India at the Para-Asian Games. 

Their success inspired me to develop SattuFusion (Patent Number: 202411046500), a vegan, gluten-free, and cost-effective protein powder. Today, SattuFusion is available on Amazon for under $6 per 500g, making it the most affordable, clean, and versatile protein source for all! 

My journey has not only been about identifying problems but also engineering solutions to them. I have been inspired to expand my initiatives because their tangible impact in the sports-nutrition realm has nutured my passion for problem-solving. As I delve deeper into the entrepreneurial space, I want to combine sustainability with philanthropy. This is just the beginning of painting the canvas of my life.
